    A schoolgirl named Rika goes to visit her grandfather, who she hasn’t seen for two years. When she gets to the small town that he lives in, she discovers that it is overrun with zombies. With the help of a clumsy dude and her high school friend, she makes her way to grandpa’s house, where they must fight more zombies. In the process, Rika is bitten and attacked. Her senile old grandfather, a master surgeon, amputates her arm and attaches the arm of a dead zombie hunter… turning her into a zombie killing machine. Now the motley crew must find the zombie boss and take it down before the U.S. drops a bomb on all their asses. It sounds pretty straightforward, but the presence of boob-flashing maids, giant zombie monsters, and a strange zombie doctor makes things interesting… and anything but straightforward.

   Rin (Yumi Sugimoto) a young high school student is your everyday awkward girl who gets bullied by her fellow students. While being bullied she starts feels a sharp pain in her hand. One day she comes home on her 16th birthday, Rin gets an unexpected surprise: she finds out that she is, on her father's side, a half-mutant. No sooner has she learns this secret when her Tokyo-home is raided by Anti-Mutant soldiers that wear Nose-Gun Helmets who Indescriminately kill Rin's parents. Barely escaping with her life (Along with killing almost the entire populance of the shoping district out of self defense.) Rin takes shelter with a group of mutant girls who are under the direction of a Transvestite Samurai named Kisaragi (Tak Sakaguchi), who plans to end their persecution by taking over Japan. Under the instruction of the mutant girl Rei, Rin trains with with an Iron mask on until she can control her powers. While in training, the tentacle-armed Yoshie tells Rin about Rei's past that many years ago before Kisaragi came into her life Rei was a freak show attraction at a circus where she only received compassion and acceptance from a human boy who that gave her a gold cross necklace who was later killed by the Circus people for loving her. (Rin later finds this necklace after Rei accidentally drops it during her training.) After being strapped to a machine by Rei, Rin breaks free from her mask with her newly controlled powers much earlier than Kisaragi had expected. Kisaragi then orders Rin to infiltrate and attack a high ranking Japanese general named Koshimizu at an Anti Mutant conference with Yoshie. Rin and Yoshie are successful with this attack but find themselves unable to finish off some remaining humans. These survivors are then killed by Rei under the order of Kisaragi.

     Stuffed with an arsenal of "bad girl" stereotypes, this fast-action chick flick is a shining example of Japanese exploitation cinema at its very best. It's "girls gone wild" like you've never seen, complete with leather-clad biker babes, catfights, high fashion, groovy music and plenty of gang violence. And while the plot line may come up short, the sheer force of the unbelievable visuals is enough to make up for any deficiencies.
